If you don’t like water, add some fruit, a splash of lemon, or even carbonation.

you need to make exercise a part of your life. I’m not saying to go buy a pair of running shoes and start jogging every morning. If you’re completely new, start with taking some walks throughout the day. If you have access to a gym, try out a class, or find an activity you enjoy. Something as simple as walking at a leisurely pace for an hour can burn close to 300 calories. Jogging can burn twice as much in the same time frame. The biggest thing is, you need to find something you enjoy or you won’t stick with it.

Hit the Sack

with all the tasks pulling at us, getting 7-9 hours of sleep is often sacrificed. If you want to maintain a healthy weight, consistent sleep should be a high priority. The more sleep you get, the better your hormones will react and the metabolism will stay consistent. If you fall short, your brain will crave unhealthy foods and snacks, seeking quick energy to keep itself going.

Meditate or Relax
